Weekly currency analysis: weekly forecast of euro against dollar, yen, pound and Swiss franc

Analysis Department of Bankinter offers its forecasts for the next behavior currencies: Eurodollar, Euroyen, Eurolibra and Eurosuizo.

Eurodollar (€ / USD) .-  The euro lost ground after the attacks in Brussels to lose $ 1.12 level. In the coming days, the combination of a reduced CPI in Germany and EMU and a favorable US jobs data They should help the dollar continue to appreciate gradually.

Euroyen (€ / JPY) .-  The latest measures the ECB has made the euro in the “strong” currency among major … passing the USD to be the “weak” after the Fed admitted the 16/3 not able to upload types at the planned pace. That has strengthened the JPY to even 111 from approx. 120, consistent with a weakening against the euro to 122 from 132. Eurosuizo (€ / CHF):  The role of the franc as a safe haven currency appreciation triggered last week before the terrorist attacks in Brussels. This week will continue this trend based on a weak CPI data in EMU and a strong leading indicator in Switzerland.
